At ONTIME Saudi Arabia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your ONTIME account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the item you wish to return, and choose your reason for the request.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original brand box and shipping packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards, manuals, and protective films are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your registered address at no extra cost.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7 to 14 business days.
